Breakfast is my all time favourite meal. And I'm much more for a savoury brekkie than a sweet. I go to the bakery to get fresh rye sourdough, sautéed some cremini mushrooms in butter, remove the the mushrooms from the pan but leave the butter, then scramble your eggs in the same pan so they absorb some of the mushrooms flavor - and I like to turn off the heat for the last minute or two of cooking the eggs so they don't get dried out. Chop up some fresh tomatoes, cilantro, and top with some sweet peas and chili flake.
