Thinly slice whatever vegetables you have handy (I used zucchini, yellow squash, carrots and red onion). Sautée with butter, a splash of dry white wine, salt, lemon pepper, and a sprinkle of rosemary. Serve over rice, crispy tofu, or chicken. #notcontest
