Healthier Spelt waffles. Use 50% spelt whole flour and 50% spelt white flour, two eggs separated (add whites in the end), muscovado sugar and fruit puree. For the topping whipped ricotta with quark cheese and honey. Top with some jam and dark chocolate and you have a pretty delicious breakfast
