#notcontest first put rice in rice cooker.
1 medium green bell pepper diced
6 green onions diced
16 ozs chicken diced
1 tbs oil
2 tbs butter
1/3 cup soy sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Heat oil and butter in frying pan. Add bell pepper and onion. Save some for garnish. Cook for a couple minutes then add chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Make a well and add whisked eggs. Scramble eggs and mix ingredients together. Once rice is done add rice to the pans. Add soy sauce, mix, and add salt, pepper, garlic and cook over low heat for a few minute until well combined. Taste to see if anything else is needed. Takes about 20 minutes. If desired you can add frozen peas and carrots when adding egg.
