Marinated Italian tuna.
Thinly slice carrot, fennel and red onion. Season with red wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, capers, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Mash the Italian tuna with a fork and add to the veggies. Toss together and let marinate for an hour. Assemble in a sandwich with arugula. #notcontest
