For the balls-
1 egg+1 yolk
Little sprinkle of milk
Form gently and then fry them in a heavy pan all the way or bake after getting a nice crust.
Melt garlic, anchovy, onion, shallot in a heavy stainless steel pot with butter and olive oil
Add about 1/2 c red wine once that's done and cook for a couple mins.
Add tomatoes and crush
Add salt, pepper, red pepper, dried oregano
Let cook for 2 hrs or so depending on the type of flavor you want
