Sauté chopped red onion in olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Add Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with some balsamic vinegar. Let reduce for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper top with chopped candied pecans. #notcontest
