Homemade #labneh has been my 〰jam〰 lately. This batch is 20 ounces of whole milk Greek #yogurt, juice from half a lemon, a light shower of salt, all stirred together. The mixture is then left to strain in the fridge for 24 hours in cheesecloth over a fine mesh strainer and bowl. Then turn over into a bowl, make some swirls, and top with olive oil, maldon salt, and zahtar. #middleeasterncooking
