Rotisserie chicken & kale soup with garden salad and merlo!
Sauté fresh onion, garlic, & Dried Red pepper flakes in extra Virginia olive oil then pour in chicken stock, add kale and let simmer until kale is tender. Add left over rotisserie chicken and reduce heat to low simmer while making the salad.
Pour your wine and spoon up your soup and dinner is served!

I forgot!!! Don't know how to edit yet but add a can of stewed tomatoes to the soup while kale is simmering
