Sauté 4 carrots in a splash of olive oil until they start to soften
Add 1/2 head chopped cabbage, 2 stalks celery, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup cilantro stems, 1/4 cup chopped chives
Sauté for a few minutes
Add 3 cups broth, splash of milk, splash of Worcestershire sauce and liquid aminos
Cover and let cook until wilted
Add seasoning to taste: I used smoked salt, black pepper, dill, onion powder, mustard powder, Bragg's 24 spice seasoning, cayenne, chili flakes, fresh thyme
