"Tandoor" roasted lamb with curries greens and cous cous. Marinate a leg of lamb in a yogurt-curry powder mix. Roast for about 45 min in a 550F oven. Meanwhile cook down some greens in a coconut milk-red curry paste mixture. Serve alongside cous cous or rice.
