For Fibre:
4 heaped table spoons of rolled oats
2 table spoons of mixed seeds
(Linseeds, pumkinseeds,sunflowerseeds)
1 table spoon of psyllium husks

For Flavour:
1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
A dash of coconut milk
3 shots of cinnamon powder
3 shots of vanilla powder
A handful of coconut flakes

For Protein:
1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
A handful of nuts

Fill to the surface of oats with boiling water and cook for 3 min

A dash of orange juice for dressing and sweetness
