Wok-corn! Heat 1tbsp oil in a wok over medium heat. Add one or two kernels of popcorn and cover. When those pop, add 1/4c popcorn, cover, and cook (shaking often) until fully popped. (You'll know you're done when you go about two seconds without hearing a "pop.) Toss with salt and melted butter, or the spice of your choice. Great way to keep your wok seasoned!
