Oven-roasted tomatoes and avocado tartare on sourdough bread. Tomatoes- cherry tomatoes cut in half, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, roast in 400• oven 15 minutes.
Avocado tartare: mix together 2 Tbsp. each olive oil and diced red onion, 1 Tbsp. each Dijon mustard, lemon juice, capers, and chopped parsley. Stir in 1/2 minced jalapeño, 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Fold in 2 diced avocados.
Serve on lightly-toasted slices of sourdough bread. #notcontest
