Hello homemade salmon burgers! In a food processor, pulse 18-24 oz. fresh chilled salmon until it is minced. Move minced salmon into a bowl and combine with minced fresh ginger, a generous pinch of both salt and pepper, finely chopped green onion (I used 3), a bit of soy sauce, and one clove of minced garlic. Grill for about 3 minutes on both sides and eat with any veggies!
