Brown cubes of stew beef in olive oil and garlic in a Dutch oven or the base of a tagine, and add berbere spice. Once it's nicely browned, add fresh spinach, diced cauliflower, and chicken broth. Add the pan lid and let it simmer away until it's nicely stew-like. Pour the beef stew into a deep bowl, and enjoy!
