Bagna Cauda - cast iron skillet with good olive oil and butter, while head of fresh garlic, anchovies, cracked pepper and crushed pepper. Put all in a cast iron pan, cover with olive oil and back in over at 350° until garlic is soft, not browned. Serve with crusty Italian bread. Anchovies dissolve and the garlic will spread like butter.
