Red bean ice lollies : 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and red bean paste (Anko in Japanese)

Anko: Boil 1 cup red beans with water fully submerged for 5 minutes. Discard water. Fill the pot again with water and let simmer for 2 hours. Red beans should be soft and easily crushed with your fingers. Discard the water again and add 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, stirring constantly until sugar is melted and a jam-like spreadable consistency is achieved (about 10 minutes). Transfer to a baking tray or bowl and let cool completely before storing in jars or containers. Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
