Mix 1/2 cup of flour with a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt. Add 1/2 cup of warm water and mix until a sticky ball is formed.
Let rest for half an hour and then cut into three. Shape the three balls into three discs with your hands (make them thin) and brush with melted butter.
Cook in a heated frying pan for about a minute on each side.
Cover in powdered sugar and silan. You'll thank me.
