Cauliflower tossed with olive oil, salt, pepper. Chickpeas coated with olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, sriracha, and salt. Roast 'em up (add the chickpeas when the cauliflower is about halfway done) until nice and browned. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, a healthy dollop of Greek yogurt, and a few spoonfuls of pickled mustard seeds. #notcontest
