One of my favorite healthy meals! Pan-sear chicken tenders or breast until golden on each side and cooked through. Tip: the chicken will life itself from the pan when it's golden, you won't have to tug! For the lentils, in a pot of water, add lentils and garlic, bring to a boil, add cut up onion, celery and bell peppers. Once cooked and soft add seasons to taste and BAM! Lol
