Drizzle 4 cups stale bread cubes with olive oil, then toast at 350F until golden brown. Heat more oil in a soup pot and add 1 head garlic chopped. Sauté until fragrant. Add lots of smoked paprika and salt and stir for a minute. Add 6 cups stock and bring to a simmer. Serve with more olive oil and paprika. You just made dinner from stale bread!
