Salad with carrot ribbons, cucumber, celery, grape tomatoes, strawberries, dried figs, pepitas & steak! Chop all raw veggies and place on top of your choice of lettuce. (I used a baby spring mix). Cook flank steak on stovetop (about 4 minutes each side and then let rest for 6 minutes). Place remaining ingredients on top, and then add sliced steak! Finish with dressing of your choice. I used olive oil and vinegar.
