Take a salmon fillet (I used sockeye), diced mushrooms, green onions, salt, pepper and some cubed bread pieces (I used sourdough) and put them in a food processor for a couple seconds. Then just divide them into patties (about 1/2 inch thick) and cook them in a skillet over medium heat. Serve them on a bed of spinach or arugula and enjoy! #notcontest
