Pretty simple! Brown rice on the bottom of the bowl that you can't see. Spring radishes that I sautéed in butter and spring garlic until radishes were slightly browned. Then I deglazed with soy sauce. For the eggs, I quickly scrambled them with a splash of half and half, salt+pepper and made cute little omelettes in the same pan I had cooked the radishes in. Topped with scallions and hemp seeds for some nutritional punch!
