Mix at 50/50 rate a couple of heaping table spoons of bread flour and warm water. Let it sit for 3-4 days Discard half and repeat process every 48 hrs. until you see bubbles and activity, it usually takes about a week. Once you reach this point, start feeding your new starter every 24hrs. A good starter should rise 2-3x it's volume within 12 hrs. If this fails I can send you some. Happy baking!!
