Crispy citrus chicken wings with caramelized kumquats.
Add oil, salt, grated ginger, grated garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice to a bowl- mix well. Rub oil mixture on the wings. Place wings in a broil proof pan and scatter some sliced kumquats around the pan. Broil for 20 minutes, then flip them and broil for another 20 minutes. Remove some of the liquid and reserve. Flip them one more time and broil again for 15 minutes. Brush some of the drippings on the wings. #notcontest
