Chai roasted fruit makes this pie one to lust after (pears and apples are my fave but plums aren't far behind).
Chop 5 cups of fruit and roast until slightly tender with a cup of brewed chai and a bit of brown sugar. Add some additional cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, more brown sugar and 2 tbsp of flour, throw it in a pie crust and bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
