Pan fry mackerel, blanch rainbow chard and dress in lemon juice,a little honey,sea salt,garlic,add pretty rocket leaves. Put it all on grilled sourdough. Impress your date. ?? PS love it how 'date' came up in the ingredient list (Yes,please)

Thanks! The color is so nicely preserved. My habit is to pan fry it all together (because, lazy) but I think I'll adopt this method...

Yeah panfried in garlic results in better flavour. And to be honest with you I do most of the time pan fry it all together as I too am lazy!and it doesnt suffer that much from it!

That's the most beautiful presentation of rainbow chard! Do you cook the stems separately from the leaves?
