Korean style sticky beef stir-fry with mirin flavored jasmine rice. We have been craving korean food for a while. I love Asian food; it is low calorie, high flavor and quick to put together (I marinated the beef - in gochujang, mirin, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, doenjang, garlic, ginger -for a few hours but the active cooking time was not more than 10minutes all together). I went on a shopping spree at our local Asian grocery store and bought #Gochujang (fermented chili paste), #mirin (Japanese wine), #sesameoil, #koreanchili, #doenjang (fermented soy bean paste) to cook this meal, but now that my pantry is equipped, the possibilities are endless. I like it spicy. How about you?
