Branzino en papillote: branzino filet (or any white fish), and a red pepper pistou, made with red peppers, shallots, sherry vinegar, S&P, and topped with parsley. Bake at 350 for about 10 min in parchment paper. Topped with scallion spouts, but chives or regular scallions would work just fine.
