Korean style sticky beef stir-fry with mirin flavored jasmine rice. We have been craving korean food for a while. I love Asian food; it is low calorie, high flavor and quick to put together. I marinated the beef in gochujang, mirin, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, doenjang, and sesame seeds for a few hours then I cooked the beef in sesame oil with spring onion, chili, ginger, garlic. You can also add spinach towards the end. Serve with rice.
