Grilled Steak with black pepper green beans and zucchini fritter.
For the steak, use your fave marinade, but do yourself a favor and add chopped fresh garlic. The beans are cooked in olive oil and more black pepper than you think you want.
The zucchini fritters are my fave side. I make fritters all the time, and never measure, it's a side you can eyeball. Grate 2 zucchinis, add two eggs, cornmeal and a few liberal sprinkles of flour. Combine until it just comes together, but so you can pack it into a 1/3c and it will slide out. Add your fave green herbs, green onion, basil, thyme. Fry in about an inch of oil, mix mayo and siriacha for some dipping.
