This is a Finnish-style recipe for stuffed cabbage. Simply sauté ground beef or lamb, onions, and warm spices, mix with some cooked rice and wrap in blanched cabbage leaves. Brush with maple syrup, bake at 350 for an hour or so until brown and crisp, and serve. This comfort-peasant food was often made to get families through the long Scandinavian winter.

The Serbs stuffed Cabbage is virtually the same , exclude the "Maple Syrup"
"Sarma" is it's name .
