1) Cook quinoa

2) cut asparagus 1/4 inch and quickly sauté and set aside with cooked quinoa

3) season with s&p then sear 5 oz halibut both sides and place in 350F oven till cooked

4) sauté asparagus and quinoa in ghee or clarified butter. Asparagus should still have a bite to it

5) top with micro greens and baby heirloom tomatoes
