Make a pile of crêpes on a Sunday night. Stack 'em up. Cool. Cover with sarah wrap. Refrigerate. Eat them all week. Reheat 20 seconds per side. Just the word CREPES will get any kid out of bed in the morning. Add the word Nutella and the kid will be dressed in 10 seconds flat. Fill them with powdered sugar and lemon for breakfast. Stuff them with ham and cheese for school lunch. Rolled them up with chicken and pesto for dinner. Drench in orange butter syrup and Grand Marmier and flambée them for dessert.

We do the same thing with Swedish pancakes. Also try slicing them thin and adding them to chicken soup instead of noodles!
