Mango Cardamom Smoothie. Get your blender ready! Fresh mangoes (about 3-5, peeled) or frozen mangoes (1/2 bag) into blender. Add 2 cups (approx) of almond or coconut milk. Add 1 or 2 cups yogurt (coconut-or-any vegan based yogurt). Add a dollop of honey (optional). Pinch of freshly ground cardamom makes it quite heavenly! Blend up and adjust amounts to taste, as you like. Cashews might add creamier texture, vanilla extract, add ice to make it cold and slushier. Have fun!
