My signature chili that I can now call award winning!
Start with a base of 1/2 pkg bacon chopped up small, 1 chopped up onion, a two minced garlic cloves. Season with dark red chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Let bacon get crispy and then add 1/4 cup brown sugar. Let caramelize and then add 1lb ground beef. Season with more of the above and a few dashes of Worcestershire. From there you can add to it however you like your chili. I do tomatoes, broth, black and kidney beans, and more seasoning.
