Sear cut cauliflower in EVOO for about 8 minutes until cooked through and add golden raisins just before done to warm slightly. Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces, sear, then toss with fregola, cauliflower, and sun dried tomatoes. Top with pesto and lots of salt!
