Amazing beef bourguinon. Seared beef with salt and pepper, then slow-cooked with with onion, carrots, and a whole bottle of red wine (I used Malbec). Topped with chopped parsley.

This was chuck roast, but you can do it with a lot of other kinds too! Rump roast and shoulder have both worked in the past for me.
