Vaguely Asian bowls:
Whisk together 1c broth, many glugs of soy sauce, several energetic shakes of fish sauce, big spoonful grated ginger, couple rough tsp garlic powder, swirl of sesame oil, tiny shake of sugar, plop in some gochujang paste and/or sriracha. Taste and adjust until it's right for you. Cook ground protein of your choice (I like pork). Stir fry vegetables of your choice, add protein back in, add sauce mixture. Add cooked rice or cooked noodles (I like rice sticks). Top with more sriracha, 8-minute egg or fried egg, avocado, sesame seeds, whatever.
