Protein Chocolate Pear Crumble… 3 pears, diced/mashed in bowl with juice & zest of 1/2 lemon… add dash cinnamon, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, 1/4 cup chopped chocolate… in a separate bowl combine 1 c oats, 3 scoops protein powder, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cinnamon… cut in butter to form coarse crumbs, add 2 oz unsweetened almond milk & dash vanilla, 1/4 c chopped chocolate… add pat of butter to preheated skillet, spread pear layer and top with crumble… bake 350 for 30 min, until golden on top… serve with greek yogurt
