Dispelling any and all notions of food glamour. Boiled some dried pasta (very, very old so some disintegrated into small pieces in the saucepan). Heated jarred red sauce (purchased and paid an extra five dollars for because the label said it was made in a REAL Italian restaurant - sucker alert). Combined the two with half a can of olive oil packed tuna (trader joe's brand if you must know). Top with pre-grated Pecorino Romano, which never seems to go bad considering the container has been in your fridge for bordering-on a year. Eat while rolling out very sore calves and IT bands with a foam roller/lacrosse ball.
