Coconut quinoa porridge. Combine 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup cooked quinoa in a small sauce pan. Add pinch of cinnamon. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Top with sliced bananas, toasted coconut flakes, sliced almonds and coconut nectar. #notcontest
