Combine sundried tomato pesto, basil, oregano, dill, thyme, red pepper flakes, olive oil, quinoa, artichokes, pepperoncini and a few dollops of ricotta, top with layers of mozzarella, red bell pepper, pepperoni, and pecorino! Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes and top with cherry tomatoes, basil, and more pecorino.
