Mix crab with a dollop of Hellman's mayonnaise, minced garlic, a small amount of green onion, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and a few shakes of old bay. If you like, add a shake of Panko before you mix and/or top with Panko. Keep extras to a minimum for best crab flavor; it should just hold together. Scoop with an ice cream scoop onto a foil lined pan. Broil until crispy/browned or cook for 10 min at 450 degrees. Enjoy with béarnaise on asparagus or aioli.
