Pork trimmed and cut into small pieces, marinated over night in salt, cumin, lemon juice and oil. Browned and then placed I. Electric pressure cooker with cocoa powder, chili powder, red pepper flakes and homemade caramelized garlic powder. Set for 45 mins under pressure. Natural release. Meat strained and pulled apart, liquid strained removing solids. Spread meat out on hot oiled cast iron skillet. Let crisp for about three mins then stir and let crisp for another three or so mins. Pour in some of cooking liquid and let that cook down until almost gone.
