Homemade bok choy, dumpling soup. Yummy

Recipe:
Stock Miso based pho style
Baby bok choy cut and rinsed well.
Dumplings I used kimchi stuffed ones with pork, feel free use whatever you like.
Asian spices to taste, I used a special blend I can up with. maybe some soy sauce
Get your stock nice and almost to boiling point out your dumplings in so they can cook. About 10, 15 minutes seeping if you using fresh made or from the market frozen.
Then put bok choy in let those babies get nice and soft.
You can serve it by itself or with noodles, rice if you like.
I some times throw extra veggies in like carrots or give it some heat with sriracha. Bon Appetite! Happy eating!
