Soak overnight, including all ingredients. For 500g dried chickpeas I used more than one liter water and 100ml olive oil. Add tons of garlic, it's worth it:) adjust rest to you liking, everything will dissolve at the end, except peas (cook as long as you can, min 4h). Don't add too much salt though. I added lemon juice when plated. It's a Greek recipe btw:) enjoy!
