The 'Very Berry Banana' Smoothie
Such and quick and healthy breakfast shake... it literally takes a minute to make (ooh. That rhymes)!
Simply toss 2 bananas, a handful of blackberries, a cup of almond milk, a teaspoon of honey, half a cup of oat bran (or protein powder of your choice) and a cup of ice together in a blender. Blitz.
Bingo... a delicious smoothie.
